Questions people ask
- Is this the same as an ERP?
- No, and that matters for the price. An MIS shows you what is happening. An ERP also runs the processes that make it happen. Most SMEs need to see clearly long before they need to replace how they work — and seeing clearly costs far less.
- We use Excel. Is that a problem?
- It is usually where we start. Excel is a good place to record and a bad place to agree — the moment two people keep a copy, the business has two truths. We read your existing sheets so nothing is retyped.
- Boleh guna Bahasa Melayu?
- Boleh. Antara muka boleh dibina dalam Bahasa Melayu, Inggeris, atau kedua-duanya, mengikut siapa yang menggunakannya setiap hari.
- How small is too small?
- If you have staff, stock or jobs to keep track of, there is something here. A one-screen system for a five-person business is a real project and a short one.
